“Tootsie” Earnestine Sparks, 74, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020 in the arm of her husband, Walter Lee Sparks Sr. She was born to the late Tommie and Rosie Tucker. Earnestine leaves to mourn her loss children, Raymond P. McCloude, Walter Lee Burch Sparks, Laurie Haugabrook, Shannon Poitier; and a host of relatives and friends that will miss her greatly.
